Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys (RDS)

A Refurbishment and Demolition Survey becomes imperative when proposed work involves disturbing the fabric of a building (HSG264, sect.50).

In accordance with the current regulations, all ACMs must be removed from the premises as far as is practically possible, before modification (See HSG264, sect.52 and CAR 2012). Our thorough RDS ensures compliance and safety, providing detailed reports tailored to the removal process.

Management Survey

The Management Survey is the standard assessment of a building. It aims to identify ACMs posing a current threat to health and safety during regular operations.

This survey is relatively intrusive and may require access behind surfaces or superficial material.
